Food Safety & Hygiene - Level 3

Course Overview

EU Regulation 852/2004 requires food businesses to ensure any staff who handles food are supervised, instructed and trained in food hygiene in a way that is appropriate for the work they do.

It is aimed at anyone working in catering or hospitality whether employed or self-employed, working in restaurants, hotels, fast food outlets, takeaways, cafes, bars, kitchens, catering in hospitals, schools and colleges. 

Food Safety and Hygiene certification is a great way to boost staff development, give confidence to customers and demonstrate the compliance of your organisation.

The Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate is aimed at any business striving to achieve a 5* rating under the national hygiene rating system. Boost knowledge, confidence and understanding.
