We provide smart and professional door supervisors trained and licensed to meet Security Industry Authority legislation. Our male and female security personnel are all vetted in accordance with BS 7858 standard, ensuring we only supply reliable, trustworthy and presentable security teams.
Our security personnel go through a selection process to ensure they meet the specific criteria required for the site to which they are being deployed, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Each are trained in conflict resolution and physical intervention, whilst remaining courteous with a customer friendly focus at all times.
Through close consultation, an independent assessment of all sites, along with regular site visits means we are able to gain a clear understanding of your total business operation, understand compliance of policies, procedures, brand image and customer base. Once placed these security teams remain unchanged and form part of the Static Security Personnel for that site providing continuity towards the running of a smooth operation, delivering our services in line with your corporate image and culture, to your exacting standards.
We provide manned guarding to suit all purposes, with our security teams managing a range of security activities including: building patrols, staff client safety, car park patrols, fire checks and identification of security weaknesses or vulnerability, to name just a few.
As a further endorsement of our commitment, our management teams maintain regular contact with clients through service reviews. Our 24/7 control room is available to clients and security teams. Our supervisors undertake regular audits and monitoring checks are carried out with a daily log maintained to record duties and incident reports which are collated and stored to produce a monthly report. These reports are filed and archived for any further reference.
